At Elevé, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Due to hygiene reasons, worn or used shapewear cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
